What luggage can I bring on board?
Each passenger can bring one medium suitcase for the coach luggage hold (up to 20kg) and one small soft bag or rucksack to keep in the overhead rack or under your seat.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
No printing is needed! You will receive an e-ticket with a QR code by email. You can present this QR code directly on your mobile phone or tablet to your driver when boarding.
How and when are seats allocated?
You select your exact seats on our live interactive coach seat map during checkout. Your chosen seats are guaranteed and confirmed on your boarding pass.
What facilities are available on the coach?
All journeys are operated on luxury Mercedes-Benz and executive coaches featuring climate-controlled air conditioning, plush reclining seats, individual USB charging points, and luggage storage.
Can I bring food or drinks on the coach?
Cold drinks with secure caps and light dry snacks are welcome. Hot takeaway beverages must have secure leak-proof travel lids. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all our vehicles.
